1) preference for focused studies - better chance of publishing & academic promotion

2) lack of incentive ( practice management, MOC integration not implemented)

3) input fatigue failure (duplicate entry - EMR integration not implemented)

5) lack of confidence in data accuracy, validity and significance - without testing
