Subject: Posttraumatic pelvic deformation

A 20 y.o. female. 1 year ago - right SI and pubis disruption, and fracture of left rami. Was stabilized by ex-fix. Now presented with SI instability and right sciatic palsy. What options are available now? THX in advance.
