This boy 16y has this fracture. i think its 13B2.2.

what best way for fixation\Y-plate, screws, plating....etc

This injury is treated the same as a skeletally mature indivdual. I had one once where the radial and ulnar nerves were trapped in the fracture site in a 13 year old.
