female 12 y ,fell on stairs, 1st xray on admission, 2nd after, 4 days of traction 4kg

what best way to deal with her frx?

Tough case.

I assume pathological fracture through a benign bone cyst. I would work up to be sure benign.

I think you will need to biospy, stabilize (pediatric DHS, I have never used), and graft.

I probably would refer out.
