Subject: Ex Fix Pin Care

Hello all:

My first request of the list.

Would all share with me their external fixator pin tract care (if any at all). Traditional 4 mm pins expected 6-8 week length of fixation.

When do you start. How often. Saline? H2O2?

Soap and water once a day, dry after shower.
