Subject: S/P Femoral Neck Fx - AVN Right Hip

Dear all,

Kindly give your valuable opinions regarding a painful AVN of right hip in young female patient aged 22 years. She is having 3 centimeters shortening of the limb with restricted painful movements of flexion, adduction , external and internal rotations. She had been operated for fracture of the neck of the femur about 10 years ago with multiple pins. Few images are attached herewith.
